Combinamos en proporción 50/50 dos orígenes únicos:
— un descafeinado orgánico de Chiapas (México) con perfil especiado,
— y un Colombia Huila floral y brillante, cultivado en altura.

Cada lote ha sido tostado por separado con el perfil que mejor respeta su naturaleza:
— City Full para el descafeinado,
— City Roast para el colombiano.
El resultado es una armonía inesperada y deliciosa: el dulzor natural del Colombia se funde con la calidez del Chiapas, creando un perfil redondo, suave, con notas de especias dulces, flores secas, frutas rojas y un eco de chocolate amargo.

Sorprendentemente, el café mantiene un cuerpo medio y textura sedosa, incluso con el 50% de descafeinado. Pero lo que realmente nos importa es lo que queda después:
el retrogusto, la huella que permanece en la memoria.
Por eso cuidamos cada curva de tueste con atención artesanal: porque sabemos que el sabor no termina en la taza, sino en la sensación que deja.

This blend was born from the balance between flavor and intention — a coffee with reduced caffeine, but full flavor, structure, and emotional depth.

We combine two unique origins in a 50/50 ratio:
— an organic decaf from Chiapas (Mexico) with a spiced profile,
— and a floral, bright Colombia Huila, grown at high altitude.

Each component is roasted separately to best honor its character:
— City Full for the decaf,
— City Roast for the Colombian.
The result is an unexpectedly delicious harmony: Colombia’s natural sweetness melts into Chiapas’ warm depth, creating a round, smooth profile with notes of sweet spice, dried flowers, red fruits, and a touch of dark chocolate.

Amazingly, the coffee retains a medium body and silky texture — despite the decaf. But what truly matters is what comes after:
the aftertaste, the trace it leaves behind.

Ce mélange est né d’un équilibre recherché : offrir un café à faible teneur en caféine, sans renoncer à la saveur, à la structure ni à l’émotion.

Nous combinons à parts égales deux origines uniques :
— un décaféiné bio du Chiapas (Mexique) au profil épicé,
— et un Colombie Huila floral et lumineux, cultivé en altitude.

Chaque café est torréfié séparément selon un profil adapté à sa nature :
— City Full pour le décaféiné,
— City Roast pour le colombien.
Le résultat : une harmonie inattendue et savoureuse. La douceur naturelle du Huila fusionne avec la chaleur épicée du Chiapas, créant un profil rond, doux, aux notes d’épices sucrées, fleurs séchées, fruits rouges et chocolat noir.

Malgré les 50 % de décaféiné, le corps reste moyen et la texture soyeuse. Mais ce qui compte vraiment, c’est ce qui reste après :
la rémanence, la trace qu’il laisse en mémoire.

Wir vereinen zwei besondere Ursprünge im Verhältnis 50/50:
— ein Bio-Entkoffeinierter aus Chiapas (Mexiko) mit würzigem Profil,
— und ein floraler, leuchtender Kolumbien Huila aus Hochlagen.

Jeder Ursprung wird separat geröstet – angepasst an seinen Charakter:
— City Full für den entkoffeinierten,
— City Roast für den kolumbianischen.
Das Ergebnis: eine überraschend köstliche Harmonie. Die natürliche Süße des Huila verschmilzt mit der würzigen Wärme des Chiapas – ein runder, weicher Geschmack mit Noten von süßen Gewürzen, Trockenblumen, roten Früchten und dunkler Schokolade.
